Two phases: foundations first, then live strategy and execution.

Weeks 1–4 · Foundations

Building the base

  • Week 1: Orientation & Tools. futures vs. options, contract specs & the Greeks, and the tools you'll use (charting, journaling, brokers)
  • Week 2: Reading the Market. technical analysis (charts, trend) and fundamental analysis (news, earnings, economic data)
  • Week 3: Getting Operational. futures & options brokerage setup and funding, order types, margin & market structure
  • Week 4: Protecting Capital. risk management, position sizing & your personal trading plan
Weeks 5–8 · Strategy & Live Execution

Putting it into practice

  • Week 5: Strategy Fit. futures & options strategies matched to your account size (spreads, covered calls, futures contracts)
  • Week 6: Practice & Mindset. live paper trading futures & options, consistency & the mental game
  • Week 7: Live Execution. your first real futures or options trade(s), coached in real time
  • Week 8: Review & Beyond. full review, plus an intro to building a long-term trading plan
